Hey guys,
You may have heard the phrase "There is nothing God cannot do with an ill equipped vessel." Infact I like to think that those kind of vessels are what He goes for, because His mighty hands can do so much with them.
The Bible in 1st Corinthians 4:7 tells us;
"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels,
that the excellency of the power may be of
God, and not us." (KJV)
From what Apostle Paul wrote, It is very clear that it is never about how much you know but what you can do with the little you know, because out of that, the name of God will be glorified.
The issue is not that you do not have what it takes to serve Him and draw men to Him through that service, but that your fears and cares have taken the centre of your life.
In essence, There is no availability. There is no bit of interest in serving Him. Service is not something you say, it is something you do.
Think about it, If the air we take in is held up by the one in charge for a few hours or less, I believe no one will live to tell the story. So, we must understand that just as the air is important, service to Him is important. After all it is the WHOLE duty of man. (Ecclesiastes 12:13)
Always remember that you are more than enough for this assignment, You are useful, you are wanted and most of all, you are loved by our Father.
The secret is giving it all to Him.
The secret is to surrender.
